Science of the Secondary: Boxed Set 1 (Volumes 1-10)

'Science of the Secondary' is a research project developed by independent research lab Atelier HOKO. It looks at the conditions and sensations that often go unnoticed in our everyday lives. This research is documented in a series of publications, each featuring observations, photographs, and illustrations about a different everyday object. This boxed set contains the first ten issues: #1 Apple (2013), #2 Cup (2014), #3 Clock (2015), #4 Window (2015), #5 Door (2015), #6 Pipe (2015), #7 Egg (2016), #8 Socks (2016), #9 Plate (2018), #10 Toilet Paper (2019). The set also contains the poster ‘An Appendix of Sorts’, designed by local design studio gideon-jamie. This showcases a selection of Atelier HOKO’s research archives.
