When the pandemic struck, the vulnerable in Singapore were particularly affected. Many of them live in rental Housing and Development Board (HDB) flats, including the elderly and those without family, whose bread-and-butter issues and isolation were brought to light during the circuit breaker. These stories are profiled and captured in this series of 20 photographs by Edwin Koo.
