This is a photograph of Choo Lai Ngo with MacPherson Constituency MP Tin Pei Ling, when she won the Good Neighbour Award in 2015. The Good Neighbour Award was first introduced during Courtesy Month in 1983 to encourage neighbourliness. Since 2009, it was organised by HDB, and given to individuals nominated by their neighbours for showing outstanding care and neighbourliness.
