Foo Tee Jun won the Cultural Medallion in Photography in 1989. He was a prominent club photographer for decades, holding numerous committee positions at the PSS and acting as a salon judge for many competitions. This work is representative of the type of photographs popular among the club photographers of the time , emphasising photographic technique, composition and decorative elements. It is a composite photograph, created from combining several negatives together in the darkroom.
