The photograph is a panoramic shot of Ghim Moh estate, with the older part of the estate completed between 1976-1977 in the foreground, and the newer part built in the 2010s in the background. The older Ghim Moh estate was a 32.5-hectare site planned to house more than 20,000 people in 4,028 units constructed using a mix of pre-fabrication and conventional methods.
