This volume of the Singapore Naturalist is a compiliation of the first five issues from 1922 to 1925. It was produced by the Singapore Natural History Society which was founded in 1921. This publication was edited by Frederick Nutter (F.N.) Chasen, who joined the Raffles Museum as a curator in 1923 and later became Director in 1931.
