Worn during ceremonies by dancers, around the neck with the fringes hanging down their chests, these kandauré possibly symbolise abundance and splendour. They may also be hung from tall beams during funerals. They feature white figures with their arms raised upward in the top layer of beading, followed by geometric patterns rendered in yellow, red, orange and blue.
