Mrs Sylvia Kho (nee Wong Sien Moy) was a prominent bridal designer in Singapore from the 1950s to 1990s. Beyond wedding gowns, she also designed dresses for her female relatives. This mother of the bride dress was designed and made by Sylvia Kho for her seventh sister, Mrs Florence Chong (nee Wong Chit Moy). It was worn by Mrs Florence Chong at her daughter Susan’s wedding in 1984.
