This Louis Feraud printed skirt is made of cotton, wool and viscose. The skirt was donated by Mrs. Jaya Mohideen, who was Singapore’s Ambassador to Brussels, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg and the Vatican. She is currently Singapore’s Non-Resident Ambassador to Finland. Mrs. Mohideen also runs an art gallery, Galerie Belvedere.
