With the outbreak of SARS from March 2003, organisations required their staff and visitors to monitor their temperature regularly as a precautionary measure, as a fever was one of the symptoms. This notebook was used by a member of staff of the Heritage Conservation Centre (National Heritage Board) to take note of her temperature twice daily.
