This is one of the five stamps issued as a set by Singapore Post on 26 October 2008. It traces the history of the Singapore Postal Services from 1858 to 2008. The stamps were designed by Sylvia S.H. Tan. This 2nd local stamp features a postman with a scooter standing in front of a Telecommunications Authority of Singapore (TAS) mailbox, circa 1980.
