Photograph of a Chinese man at Haw Par Villa (formerly known as Tiger Balm Garden). It was constructed in 1937 by Aw Boon Haw as a place of residence for his younger brother, Aw Boon Par. Aw Boon Haw also built a park in the premises which included statues and scenes depicting tales from Chinese folklore.
