Each collection explores concepts that respond to societal expectations – Lost in Transit conveys feelings of dissonance, Plastic Surgery centres around the idea of imperfection, Psycho Highway imagines a fictional dystopia. The brand’s logo can be found embellished on the leather jacket, while the skirt is upcycled from a pair of trousers using lace panelling. Youths in Balaclava is a Singapore-based fashion collective founded in 2018. Their anti-establishment approach to design and links to youth culture have gained them a strong following among fashion enthusiasts. The brand has shown at Paris Fashion Week since 2019.
