The Dove playground in Dakota Cresent (pictured here) was designed in 1979 by Khor Ean Ghee, an interior designer in the Housing and Development Board (HDB), who also designed the dragon and pelican playgrounds in other housing estates. Dakota housing estate was developed by the Singapore Improvement Trust (SIT) in 1958.
