This is a biscuit tin of Singaporean brand Khong Guan Biscuit Company which was established in 1947. Khong Guan is a household brand in Singapore and many locals who grew up eating the brand’s biscuits can identity its variety of biscuits. This is a unique design of the Khong Guan biscuit tin with dragon and phoenix motifs, perhaps designed to mark a special occasion
