This is a document filed on 24 September 1888 concerning the suit between Mayna Cheena Allagappa Chitty (plaintiff), H.E. Gois and W.R. Mootoo Samy Pillay (defendants). As the defendants did not respond to the writ of summons, final judgement was entered for the plaintiff against them.
