Fatehpur Sikri (City of Victory) is a complex of buildings, including royal palaces, courts and a mosque, built by the Mughal emperor Akbar in the 16th century in honour of the Sufi saint Shaikh Salim Chisti. It was declared a UNESCO world heritage site in 1986.
